At Paradise Nectar we believe in consumer satisfaction. We create and package our products with standards based on quality and integrity. If we have failed to live up to that standard in some way, we apologize. Please reach out and we will find a way to make it right.
Candles must be un-burned to be returned. A complaint must be filed with a Paradise Nectar associate before items are returned. Pictures may be included in the complaint to determine the validity of the return and the amount to be refunded.
All unburned candles deemed undesirable may be returned for refund within two weeks of the date the order is received. Any candles returned after the two week period without prior approval from a Paradise Nectar associate will not be refunded. Any burned or damaged (other than possible packaging or shipping damages) candles will not be refunded.
A confirmation email will be sent out once the returned package is received and inspected by a Paradise Nectar associate. The consumer will be informed of the refunded items and a refund will be issued immediately. Any non-refundable items purchased by the consumer, and not pre-approved for refund, may be returned to the consumer for the cost of shipping or they will be discarded.
