Shipping Policy:

4. Multiple Shipments: In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each package.

Refund & Return Policy:

   - We accept returns and refund requests for unused, unopened items within 14 days of the delivery date.
   - To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

   - Orders made through our Drop Shipping providers will go through a review process by the third-party company before returns may be accepted and refunds may be issued. 

2. Initiation of Return or Refund:
   - All claims for returns or refunds must be submitted via email to Jen at jen@paradisenectar.com with the subject line: RETURN/REFUND.
   - Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable in your email.  N

   - No refunds will be issued for claims that do not have proper pictures to show the discrepancy with the order. 

3. Return Shipping:
   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
   - We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery of the returned item.

4. Refund Process:
