Our Mission
It is our mission is to cultivate a thriving ecosystem where organic farmers and pollinator protectors unite.
Every time you choose us for your catering needs, you support local farmers and our community.
While we source our produce from many farmers, we buy most of our organic produce from Ginger Ridge Farms
and the Johnson Family Farm.
We are proud to support such integral farmers who stand by what they believe and provide us with nourishing organic produce.
From the farm to your table I create delicious organic cuisine that will delight your tastebuds and leave you dazzled at how amazing the tropical foods of Hawaii truly are.
Our Specialties
Perhaps it's because I am a beekeeper, but I love making delicious foods with honey from my bees.
I craft delicious sauces, like my lilikoi lava hot sauce, garlic honey, cinnamon honey, and more!
I am passionate about supporting local organic farms, so I choose to create menus based on what is available seasonally.
I became interested in cooking when I moved to the Big Island in 2008 and lived on a permaculture farm.
Working with the local ingredients intrigued me and I loved experimenting with exotic fruits I had never heard of before like breadfruit, taro, jackfruit, lilikoi, cassava, daikon, soursop, & more.
One of the best aspects of working with the local foods is that most of them are naturally gluten-free.
I love making foods that amaze people like my ulupanadas made with organic sweet breadfruit and soursop. My secret recipe is a favorite among retreat guests and was a big hit at our food trailer during 2024-2025.
