Service Description
At the request of the undersigned (the “Client”), Paradise Nectar Apiaries agrees to inspect, access, and remove wild honeybee colonies from a structure located on private or public property. This work may involve disassembly, cutting, or alteration of building materials, walls, ceilings, or other features as needed to safely extract and relocate the bees.
Paradise Nectar Apiaries has been providing honeybee removal and relocation services since 2008. All work is conducted with the highest professional and ethical standards. Follow-up care, monitoring, and relocation support may be available upon request.
Liability Acknowledgment and Release
I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the following:

Nature of Service
The removal of honeybees from within walls, roofs, crawl spaces, or other built or natural structures may involve disturbance, cutting, or structural alterations which may affect the integrity, finish, or appearance of the property. -
Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that risks are inherent in this type of work and may include, but are not limited to:-
Exposure to stings or allergic reactions

Damage to property including drywall, siding, roofing, framing, or electrical components

Discovery of pests, mold, rot, or other structural issues

Partial or incomplete removal of the colony if safety is compromised

Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Paradise Nectar Apiaries, its owner Jeannette (Jen) Rasmussen Lair, co-worker John Lair, and any other affiliated personnel from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise as a result of or in connection with the hive removal services, including but not limited to:-
Personal injury or allergic reaction

Structural damage
-
Residual insect activity
-
Future re-infestation

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and defend Paradise Nectar Apiaries and its personnel against any claims or costs arising from third-party complaints or consequences related to this service. -
Consent to Service
I certify that I am the legal owner, tenant, or authorized representative of the above-listed property and grant permission for the bee removal process to take place. -
No Guarantees of Outcome
Paradise Nectar Apiaries commits to performing work to the best of their ability. However, no guarantees are made regarding complete colony removal, prevention of future infestations, or structural condition post-removal.
