Shipping Information
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping through our trusted fulfillment partner, Modalyst. Please allow 2–7 business days for order fulfillment before shipping begins. All shipping timelines below are estimates after fulfillment.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Flat Rate (Standard):
Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days after fulfillment
Cost: Flat rate included in the sale price.
International Shipping
- Flat Rate (Standard):
Estimated delivery: 5–20 business days after fulfillment
Cost: Flat rate included in the sale price.
- Canada – Standard DDP (Delivered Duties Paid):
Estimated delivery:
- 3–5 business days to most regions
- Up to 12 business days to the Atlantic provinces
Duties and taxes may not be included in the shipping price. If there are additional fees you will be contacted by a Paradise Nectar associate.
Order Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not see the email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
Many products are custom-made and printed to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong product was shipped.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the item
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
We’ll work with you to make it right!
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If the address is incorrect and the item is returned to sender, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been marked as shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If your tracking shows unusual activity or no updates for an extended period, please contact us so we can help you file a claim or investigate further.
