🐝 Swarm Rescue & Relocation Offered by Paradise Nectar Apiaries LLC Serving All of Hawaiʻi Island | Based in Mountain View, HI Safely Removing & Relocating Bees Since 2008 At Paradise Nectar Apiaries, we offer live honeybee swarm removal and relocation services throughout the Big Island. Our goal is to protect pollinators while helping residents and landowners manage unwanted swarms in a safe, sustainable, and chemical-free manner. Our experienced beekeeper uses treatment-free, non-toxic methods to gently collect and relocate swarms into managed hives at our Mountain View apiary or other local bee sanctuaries. We never exterminate bees — we protect and preserve them. 🛠️ Service Includes: On-site assessment and safe swarm removal Gentle relocation to one of our treatment-free hives Education on prevention and local bee activity Optional wax comb removal or cleanup (additional fee) 💵 Rescue Rates (Island-Wide): Base Removal Fee (Mountain View & Puna District) $75–$125 depending on accessibility and height Travel Fees (outside Mountain View): Hilo / Keaʻau / Kurtistown: + $25 Volcano / Naʻalehu / Kaʻū: + $35–$50 Kona / Kohala / Honokaʻa / Waimea: + $50–$100 (Travel fees may vary based on distance and drive time. Exact quote given upon inquiry.) Difficult or High-Risk Locations Additional $50–$100 for rooftops, ladders 🐝 Need Bees Removed? Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking Policy Lessons are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment of $50 per person is required to reserve your spot. Bookings may be made online (if applicable), via email at jen@paradisenectar.com, or in person at one of our events. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details, directions, and a required liability release form. 🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule (based on availability). Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable due to limited group sizes and preparation costs. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. In the event of severe weather or instructor emergency, lessons will be rescheduled at no additional cost to participants, or a refund will be issued if a reschedule date is not available. 📝 Waitlist Policy If a class is full, you may request to be added to the waitlist by emailing jen@paradisenectar.com with your name, contact info, and preferred dates. If a spot opens up, we will contact people on the waitlist in the order received. Waitlisted participants are not charged unless they accept and confirm a booking.
