Service Description
Personalized In-Home & On-Site Dining Experiences Paradise Nectar Apiaries LLC offers private chef services for intimate dinners, special occasions, retreats, wellness events, and extended stays throughout Hawaiʻi. Every menu is thoughtfully customized using seasonal ingredients sourced from trusted local organic farms and producers whenever possible, creating a fresh farm-to-table dining experience tailored to your tastes and dietary needs. Private Chef Rates & Fees: • Chef Rate: $60/hour • Travel & Shopping Fee: $250 Meal Pricing (Per Person): • Vegan: $30–$35 • Vegetarian: $35–$40 • Low-Carb & Keto: $40–$50 • Carnivore: $45–$60 • Poultry & Seafood: $45–$60 • Gluten-Free: Add $5 (when specialty ingredients are required) Extended Stay & Retreat Service: Private chef services are available for multi-day vacations, wellness retreats, and corporate gatherings. Daily pricing typically ranges from $85–$125 per person, depending on menu selection and guest count, and may include breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages, desserts, and plated service. What's Included: Your private chef experience includes menu planning, ingredient sourcing, food preparation, on-site cooking, meal service, and cleanup of all chef-used cookware and kitchen surfaces. Menus are fully customized to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-carb, keto, carnivore, paleo, and other dietary preferences. Because we prioritize fresh, seasonal ingredients from trusted local organic farms, menu selections may vary based on availability to ensure the highest quality dining experience.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking Policy Lessons are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment of $50 per person is required to reserve your spot. Bookings may be made online (if applicable), via email at jen@paradisenectar.com, or in person at one of our events. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details, directions, and a required liability release form. 🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule (based on availability). Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable due to limited group sizes and preparation costs. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. In the event of severe weather or instructor emergency, lessons will be rescheduled at no additional cost to participants, or a refund will be issued if a reschedule date is not available. 📝 Waitlist Policy If a class is full, you may request to be added to the waitlist by emailing jen@paradisenectar.com with your name, contact info, and preferred dates. If a spot opens up, we will contact people on the waitlist in the order received. Waitlisted participants are not charged unless they accept and confirm a booking.
