Service Description

We offer island-wide organic farm-to-table catering for events, retreats & weddings for a variety of dietary preferences. Our menus are thoughtfully crafted using locally grown, organic ingredients from Ginger Ridge Farms, Johnson's Family Farm, & other local organic farmers. Every offering is designed to nourish, ground, and elevate your gathering with delicious organic farm-to-table cuisine. Pricing for Events & Weddings: Per-Plate Pricing (Lunch or Dinner) • Vegan: $30-$35/person • Vegetarian: $35–$45/person • Poultry & Seafood: $45–$60/person • Gluten-Free: +$5/person Retreat Catering Packages: (Pricing includes 3 meals per day, tea & coffee bar, and 1 dessert/day.) • Vegan: $75/person/day • Vegetarian: $80–$90/person/day • Poultry & Seafood: $90–$100/person/day • Gluten-Free: +$5/person/day Travel & Shopping Fee: – Events & Weddings: $250 – Retreats: $450 Service Details: Paradise Nectar cleans all cookware, prep tools, and kitchen surfaces used during food preparation and cooking. Hosts are responsible for arranging support staff for guest dishes, table wiping, and sweeping. Custom menus are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking Policy Lessons are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment of $50 per person is required to reserve your spot. Bookings may be made online (if applicable), via email at jen@paradisenectar.com, or in person at one of our events. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details, directions, and a required liability release form. 🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule (based on availability). Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable due to limited group sizes and preparation costs. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. In the event of severe weather or instructor emergency, lessons will be rescheduled at no additional cost to participants, or a refund will be issued if a reschedule date is not available. 📝 Waitlist Policy If a class is full, you may request to be added to the waitlist by emailing jen@paradisenectar.com with your name, contact info, and preferred dates. If a spot opens up, we will contact people on the waitlist in the order received. Waitlisted participants are not charged unless they accept and confirm a booking.
