Paradise Nectar was started by helping others with their bees in 2008, and is still continuing the tradition today.  Bee Guardian Jen Rasmussen Lair offers treatment-free hive management in the Mt.View, Hilo, Hamakua, and Puna areas.  Hive management is offered once a month for $50 per hour.  Management is offered for both Top Bar and Langstroth hives. 

Travel fees of $12.50-$120 apply to all locations over 30 miles from Wainaku.

Hive Maintenace is offered from Hilo, along the Hamakua coast to Honokaa on Fridays. 

Appointments may be made from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
