Our experiences are very gentle, and we provide protective clothing, so the potential for stings is minimal. They are possible, though, so your safety is our top priority.

We require that all guests sign a liability waiver & assumption of risk agreement both online and in-person to participate in this retreat.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By checking this box, I acknowledge that my participation in this retreat may involve activities with inherent risks, including but not limited to: interaction with honeybees; walking on uneven terrain and areas with non-active lava tubes; use of hot tubs and a pool; and participation in hands-on workshops such as beekeeping, candle making, mead making, honey processing, harvesting, cooking, and food preparation.

I understand that these activities carry potential risks of injury or harm, and I voluntarily choose to participate with full awareness of those risks. I agree to assume all responsibility for my own safety and wellbeing throughout the retreat.

I hereby release the retreat organizers, property owners, staff, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
